hiKURANGI SCHOOL HEALTH CONSULTATION
This health consultation is designed to inform the teaching and learning of health at Hikurangi School. Please take the time to have a conversation at home and fill in this form as honestly as you can. Don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions or ideas that you would like to discuss. When filling in this form please think about your child/ren across years 1-8, rather than just the year that they are in now.
